We use the service on our website Cloudinary. The provider of the service is the Cloudinary Ltd., 3400 Central Expressway, Suite 110, Santa Clara, CA 95051, USA.The use of the service may result in data transfer to a third country (USA). The provider is certified according to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and therefore offers an appropriate level of data protection.

With your organization and collaborators

Depending on your account settings and organization structure, your information may be visible to other users within your organization or to collaborators you invite.

For corporate transactions

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. In such cases, we will take steps to ensure your privacy rights continue to be protected.

Polymerize stores personal data on secure servers located in Singapore, and may process data in other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Where required by law, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure that any international transfer of personal data provides adequate protection.

By using the Services or providing information to us, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Singapore and other jurisdictions that may have different data protection rules than your country. 

Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to:

Our Services may contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties. Grievance Officer (India)

In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and rules made thereunder, our Grievance Officer can be contacted at the above address and email.

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve them within 15 days of receipt, in line with applicable law.
