利用規約

1. 本規約への同意

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、polymerize.io に所在するWebサイト、およびこれに関連するページ、コンテンツ、その他のリソース（以下、総称して「本Webサイト」といいます）へのアクセスおよび利用に適用されます。

本Webサイトにアクセスし、または利用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

お客様が会社その他の法人を代表して本Webサイトを利用する場合、お客様は、当該法人を代表して本規約に同意する権限を有していることを表明するものとします。

補償

お客様は、以下に起因して当社に損害が生じた場合、その損害を補償するものとします。

• 本規約への違反
• 本ウェブサイトの不適切な利用
• お客様の認証情報を利用した第三者による行為（許可の有無を問いません）

5. 知的財産権

本ウェブサイトに掲載される文章、画像、グラフィック、デザイン、ロゴ、レイアウト、ソースコード、ドキュメントその他一切のコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。

当社の事前の書面による許可なく、これらを複製、転載、配布、改変、二次利用することはできません。

本規約に明示的に定める場合を除き、当社はすべての権利を留保します。

責任の制限
